Receiving Journal
Receiving Journal
These are the "benefits" of keeping a Receiving Journal.
To order email Ursula.
Together, we discovered many of the uses for the receiving journal:
1) It can help you track what’s working in your life….what you have to be grateful for and what you appreciate. Rather than “seeing is believing”, in this case, in time you’ll find that your believing it (the flow of good) will grow into you seeing it.
2) It encourages you to feel all the feelings associated with any experience in your day…in this way, taking us beyond simply recording our gratitude for the experiences of our life to actually embodying them and anchoring them.
3) It can support you in creating a perceptual shift even when an experience is challenging. When you can receive a challenge into your experience – rather than resist it – you are more likely to uncover the gift in the challenge…what it is trying to communicate or teach you.
“We learn that we actually don’t solve problems, we outgrow them.”- Rev. M. Beckwith
4) It will build faith and trust. Energy follows focus and what you focus on will expand.
If you know that you can shift challenges into an experience that will ultimately enrich your life, you will have confidence in totally showing up for all that wants to arrive in your experience. If you are focusing on what’s working, more of what’s working will arrive in your experience…that is the Universal law.
