 TESTIMONIAL

"The co-author of the Above The Line - love vs. fear process is Ursula Pottinga, whom I have been privileged to have as my coach for a goodly number of years.   When she shared this concept and diagram with me several years ago, I immediately found it very helpful personally, and with her permission, Becky and I have used it with the leadership at Calvary for several years.

We have found it extremely helpful ... to the point that at meetings, someone might say "that's great 'above the line' thinking" ... or "my, that sounds 'below the line' to me."

Ursula has been very helpful in reminding us that we create the results from where we live. When we live out of LOVE or GRACE,
that is what flows ... and when we live out of FEAR or LAW, that's
the predictable result.

Above The Line Leadership-

"We all carry with us our places of exile, our crimes, our ravages. Our task is not to unleash them on the world; it is to transform them in ourselves and others." - Albert Camus

The most effective leaders, those who have the greatest positive impact on the world, have an ineffable quality—a combination of courage, integrity and vision—which creates a culture of engagement and willingness around them. In their organizations or projects, things tend to happen in a state of creative synergy. The people around them are motivated to reach deeper within themselves and respond positively to challenges.

What is the magic these leaders possess? Do you have the foundation and processes to achieve such success?

Ask yourself, are you a leader who:

♦ Wonders what would be possible if you were surrounded by people working at their optimal level?
♦ Wants to experience deeper access to your innate creativity, power and vision?
♦ Relishes the idea of having more ease, effectiveness, and balance in your job and life?
♦ Is open to becoming more authentically yourself and getting blown away by your own passion, honesty and courage?
♦ Is ready to create and see come to pass a vision for your organization that serves and nourishes everyone, while increasing productivity and results.
